A short summary of Solo Leveling

Credits: D and C media

It all started when “The Gate” that connected the real world with the monster world opened. Some of the Ordinary people received the power to hunt monsters within the Gate. They are known as “Hunters”. Sung-Jin Woo is the main protagonist of Solo Leveling. He is known as the weakest E-rank hunter for his lacklustre performance in hunting monsters. He struggles to earn money to pay for his sister’s school fees and to treat his ill mother. Like most of the shounen protagonist’s arcs, Sung-Jin Woo’s character arc also tends to develop like them (From weak to strong). He could barely make a living by fighting in low-level dungeons known as E-rank dungeons. The hierarchy of rank System works like:- S rank hunters are the strongest followed by ranks from A to E. E rank is among the weakest of them.

One day Sung-Jin Woo found a hidden dungeon with the hardest difficulty within the D-rank dungeons. He nearly accepted his death until he received a strange power which startled him, a quest log that only he could see. It was a secret to level up his stats like an RPG (Role-playing game) character. It changed his life since then. he trained by completing his quests and hunted monsters to level up. Changing from the weakest Hunter to the strongest S-rank hunter.

It will get you into mangas/manhwas
